along with all of the Darkwater Aussies live and play in Fort Pierce Florida.
South Points Golden Reunion, call name Jodie, was breed by Jan & Ed Devita of Fort Lauderdale Florida, USA. Her Dam was(AKC ASCA)CH.Golden Gaits Blame it on Rio and her sire was ASCA CH. Golden Gaits Southern Drawl. In her prime, Jodie was expertly handled and groomed for the breed ring by Diane Basel. While being handled by Diane at the Jupiter-Tequesta Dog Club, Inc breed show on April 26, 1998 in Fort Pierce FL, Jodie took Winners Bitch for her only AKC points. Jodie has also been exposed to sheep, where she showed plenty of instinct. Jodie and I attended a Beginner Agility seminar. Jodie has been spayed and is no longer competing and lives on the couch in retirement at our home.
It appears that Jodie is a natural on the tracking field. Along with her tracking I am also working to get Jodie registered as a therapy dog.
